In accordance with Virginia regulation, all fees are non-refundable with the exception of fees paid for initial certification. If a school withdraws its application for initial for certification prior to SCHEV approval, all fees will be refunded minus a nonrefundable administrative fee defined in the Virginia Administrative Code 8VAC 40-31-260 D.
